After graduation, April then started her career with Sam’s Club in 2002 as a Manager in training. She has held multiple roles : Business Manager, Market Membership Sales Manager, Market Human Resource Manager, and most recently Senior Field People Partner of talent acquisition supporting the Northeast Region for 5 years and now supporting the Mississippi Valley Region.

Division Vice President (Talent Solutions), ADP

As the leader of the Talent Solutions team for ADP’s National Accounts Division, Mindy is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and support of the Talent Solutions offering. Covering all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, her team supports large and multi-national Human Capital Management clients to ensure their technology investment maximizes their critical Talent objectives for the organization.

Lead Recruiter, Integral Ad Science

April leads R&D recruiting for a smaller and data science-driven adtech firm, Integral Ad Science. Her mission since then has been to build out an in-house, world-class, recruiting program for IAS to attract the best minds in tech as we scale and expand into new markets.
